August 6th - Windsor Sludge Ordinace- There will be a meeting at the above location to discuss a Windsor Township sludge ordinance.at the Hamburg Fish and Game Club Outdoor Pavilion (935 Nth 5th St., Hamburg, PA). Ben Price, from the Community Environmental Legal defense Fund (CELDF) will be present to answer questions from residents and township officials in regards to the Windsor Sludge Ordinance.
